How long does the fragrance last?

Fragrance longevity depends on how much product is sprayed, the area's ventilation, and the existence of odour in the air prior to using the product.

My room spray has changed color or gotten cloudy, what happen?

It depends on many factors, both environmental and physical, such as: dimensions and temperature of the room in which it is placed, sun exposure, ventilation, and temperature during shipping. The product changing in color does not affect it lifespan.

Is the product safe to be around children and pets?

Yes, when used as directed, the product can be used around children and pets (except birds). However, this product should not be used directly on pets.

How do I use room sprays?



May irritate eyes. DO NOT get in eyes, on skin or clothing.

Avoid over spraying in confined areas.

DO NOT breathe spray. DO NOT ingest. DO NOT spray directly on food.

Prolonged or frequent skin contact may cause an allergic reaction.

DO NOT spray towards face.

DO NOT puncture or incinerate container.

DO NOT burn. Store away from heat. DO NOT expose to heat or store at temperatures above 120 °F (49 °C), as the container may burst.

FIRST AID TREATMENT: Contains ethyl alcohol, non-ionic surfactants and fragrance oils. If swallowed, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately.

DO NOT induce vomiting.

If in eyes, rinse eyes with water. Remove any contact lenses and continue to rinse eyes for at Least 15 minutes. If irritation occurs, get medical attention. If on skin, wash area with soap and water. If irritation occurs, get medical attention. Discontinue use immediately and get medical attention if a reaction develops. Wash hands after handling.

What shipping methods are availbale?

We ship using USPS or UPS. You can select your shipping speed during check out.

How long will it take to get my package?

We have a 1-4 days order process time on all orders. The shipping speed is determined during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship wherever we possibly can! If you don’t find your preferred country at checkout, contact us at and we’ll see what we can do for you.

I received a damaged product. What do I do? I’m missing an item from my order. What do I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry if you’ve received an incomplete order, but we’d love to help correct it right away! We will always review errors internally and find the best course of action from there. Email us at  and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the Nature of our products we do not accept returns and exchanges on any items except for Apparel.
Returns are not accepted on:
- Room Sprays
- Candles
- Body Products
- Soap Bars 
- Candle Accesories
- Makeup Removers/Towels

- and any other fragrances, bath or body products. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How do I know if i am eligible for a return or exchange?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return your product, you should email to initiate process. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
